Learn English while you read the web
Catglish is a browser extension for AI-assisted English reading. Turn it on for any English page — click any word for its meaning, select a sentence to translate it. Every word you look up goes into your word list and is underlined wherever it shows up again, fading the more often you look it up.

Word highlight while you read
Words you've looked up get a colored underline wherever they appear again, fading the more often you've looked each one up. It's a toggle — turn it off and the page is clean, click-to-look-up still works.
Click any word for its meaning
Click a word in the text and a popup shows its definition, IPA, how many times you've looked it up, and whether you've marked it known. No setup — it works whenever Catglish is on.
Select a sentence to translate it
Drag-select a full sentence and Catglish translates it in the side panel, keeping the original in view. Select a short phrase instead and it explains the phrase in context.
Idiomatic phrasing
Writing to an American teammate? Paste Chinese or rough English and Catglish rewrites it the way a colleague would actually say it — with alternatives and short notes on what changed.
